Responsibilities: | Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Accounts Management: Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with all tax regulations and accounting standards. Budget Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, and ensuring effective cost control. Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation. Audits: Facilitate internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Data Analysis: Provide in-depth financial data analysis and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. |
